08.07.2005 - 13:20 Yesterday I went to Pawtucket, Rhode Island, and saw Curt Schilling close for the first time in his Red Sox career. Also, the day before that, the Whole Foods Market in Brighton, Massachusetts flooded. For those of you that I don't talk to on a regular basis, that's the location where I work. The basement flooded twice because of torrential rains; the first flooded the basement about one half inch everywhere, the second sunk the basement under at least four inches in every spot. I made pants out of garbage bags. I was the talk of the town. The conclusion: I really don't know, of the two, which story is better.
